– Can do Hall of Grandmaster (properly, there’s one guy I still can’t kill, but 100% of your time I get three chests, and 25% in the time this guy doesn’t show up so I can clear it)

Cons :
– Evident speed is not good compared to fast builds, but it’s okay
– Can’t-do elementally reflects
– A single elemental reflect mob will remove like 60% of your life with one hit (you have a slow attack speed + high block, so it’s not a problem if you are careful, use Rumi on those)
– Abyssus (adverse effect countered nicely with all the physical mitigation + block)

[Poe 3.1 Build] The INVINCIBLE Sunder/Cleave Glad: Safe/Cheap/10 Poe chaos orb, do all content, and map fast. HC Viable.

Thankfully, it looks like nothing inside the patch notes touched this build at all as far as nerfs are concerned so this build is almost the same because the last patch which means it is equally as viable.
Some minor buffs were applied to the shield nodes according to patch notes, and VP was moved closer to the tree, but VP is not needed nor good for this build because losing your regen is terrible and you already almost never get hit due to the block likelihood of the build.

Pros:
-EXTREMELY tanky with 74-78% spell/attack block. Running at ~15k armor without any flasks. ~35k with one jade flask of reflexes or granite flask of iron skin.
-Excellent league starter/Poe currency farmer for maps/lab.
-Very safe/forgiving build in which you rarely find yourself feeling close to death
-The pretty cheap build uses Bringer of Rain so no need for chest armor. (Starting gear is ~10c)
-90% Phy’s mitigation fully flashed, ~80% running only basalt or granite flask. Laugh at anything that does physical harm.
-Insane harm reduction (Enfeeble to reduce enemy harm by 21-25%, Fortify to additional cut by another 20%, and 5-6 endurance charges for another 20-24% Phy’s mitigation stacking on prime of armor + basalt + pantheon + arctic armor).
-Five endurance charges (6 if you decide to buy a corrupted belt).
-Very fast map clear (Not as quick as Vaal power siphon, but not restricted by map layouts like VPS and WAY tanker).
-Easy lab farmer
-Hardcore viable

Cons:
-Slow boss killer, much lower ceiling for DPS compared to some other builds, but still pretty safe.
-Not great for shaper or uber Atziri. I’d say shaper is suicide because the lower DPS cannot save Zana from the adds/bullet hell until you get some expensive gear to raise DPS, and uber Atziri is doable but a massive challenge to your mechanics.
-Low chaos resistance. I ran my character through all the things with -60 chaos resistance. This Build is not as big of a deal as you might think as long as you’re mindful and don’t stand in caustic clouds and read/ID strongboxes.

+ Very good against reflect. With 87% lightning resist top end elemental damage reduction and the fact that this is not a crit build, good sustain and using a Sibyl’s with the reflect pantheon, you barely feel any reflect damage.
+ Mobile, fast attacks + whirling blades/shield charge = good for avoiding stuff
+ Good against all single map mods! Can run no leech due to high ES pool and regen, can run no regen due to leech. Can run reflect, -max res and  Elemental damage easily because of high elemental damage reduction capacity.
+ Doesn’t use OP mechanics and hopefully will see some buffs! Despite being able to do Shaper and Guardians comfortably, it uses a lot of underpowered/already nerfed mechanics. If GGG ever nerfs VP, they will probably have to rebalance the game, which just means our build becomes even stronger! If ES ever gets some love from GGG again, then that just means our build becomes even stronger! So I imagine this build will live on long after 3.0.
+ Can easily swap Purity’s based on encounters.
+ perfect uber Farmer. With high regen, good DPS, good mobility and high durability, I easily run six man Uber carries.

Cons
– Requires you actually to play the game. Can’t blow up Shaper in 2s or face tank too much without VP, so, unfortunately, you will have to move out of Shaper’s beam and mechanics. Big time bummer, I know.
– Melee character, just sucks in general. Worse off we’re CI, so we can’t get VP/instant leech.
– Leveling can be a pain as CI. You’re on your own for leveling.

As of Poe 3.1, there is a new Threshold jewel for Glacial Cascade – I will be testing whether or not they are worth it. As of now, the build functions fine as is.
Pros:
Do it all. Any map mod. Any boss. If you want to fill out your atlas and see all the content in the game with one character, then this is a good build play.
Safe. Totems by nature are safe because of distance and immunity to reflect. Add on top of that the fact that we are casting a massive Area of Effect spell that freezes. And the only way you die is by being careless.
Mind over Matter. Speaking of safe, MoM is one of the best Defensive Keystones in 3.0 and is straightforward to gear.
Beginner was friendly. Leveling, mapping, and progressing the build all felt smooth. Like I mentioned in the intro, I used this build as an introduction to the game and it made me fall in love with PoE!
Huge Single Target Damage. Ascending into Inquisitor allows us to ignore resistances. Smart swapping of Skill Gems will enable us to stack more Multipliers. On top of that, the mechanics of Glacial Cascade can hit the same enemy more than once with the same cast.

Cons:
Totems are not for everyone. Players seem to love or hate them. That being said, this version of symbols can be a lot more active than other totem builds. I obviously love totems and maybe you will too after playing this build!
SSF/Hardcore are currently untested! I have a lot of deaths with my build because as I stated above, this was my first build where I did a blind playthrough of all of the content in the game. I think it is a testament to how stable the build is if a new player like me can get through shaper with only five days of played time.

As part of its latest earnings report, Activision confirmed the inevitable Call of Duty sequel that’s due out this year. But what came as a surprise is news that this year’s game will return to the franchise’s “roots,” and now we have some idea of why.

Speaking as part of a conference call with investors, chief operating officer Thomas Tippl first discussed 2016’s Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. While he described it as “a high-quality, innovative game,” he revealed it “underperformed [Activision’s] expectations.” We already knew sales were down significantly compared with the previous year’s Black Ops III. That was due in part to Infinite Warfare being a new sub-series, making for a difficult comparison with the established Black Ops.

However, the futuristic setting has also been a source of complaints from some longtime Call of Duty fans, a fact that Tippl acknowledged. That doesn’t mean the company necessarily regrets exploring that space.

“[I]t’s clear that, for a portion of our audience, the space setting just didn’t resonate,” he explained. “We have a passionate, experienced studio deeply committed to this direction, and despite the risks we saw, we believe it is important to consider the passions of our game teams in deciding what content to create.

“While it wasn’t the success we planned, it allows us to protect the core tenets of our culture that Bobby discussed: empowering our talented teams to have the chance to pursue opportunities that they are passionate about. Providing an environment that recognizes passion is a critical component of our success, and a process to learn from our mistakes is what makes our company special, and it’s why the most talented people in our industry are attracted to our company.”

All of that said, even with Call of Duty still doing well, Activision is clearly aware of the demand for a Call of Duty game that hews closer to the series’ older titles.

“In 2017, Activision will take Call of Duty back to its roots and traditional combat will once again take center stage,” Tippl said. “This is what our dedicated community of Call of Duty players and Sledgehammer Games, which has been developing this year’s title, are the most excited about.”

Beyond that, no further details were shared. It stands to reason that this year’s game–which was greenlit more than two years ago–will feature a classic or modern-day setting, but that remains to be seen. For its part, Sledgehammer said of the game on Twitter, “It’s our biggest achievement as game makers.”

Sledgehammer previously assisted with the development of Modern Warfare 3 and served as the lead developer of Advanced Warfare.
